Sappling leads the way by continuing to be one of the best performing delivery partners of the Housing Corporation's Affordable Housing Programme in the South East.
Its members are:
Sentinel Housing Association (lead member)
First Wessex Housing Group, including Atlantic, Pavilion and Portsmouth Housing Associations
Wessex Housing Partnership, including HVHS and Kingfisher Housing Association
Within the framework of the Sappling strategy and their own strategies, each member ensures a local focus on communities and neighbourhoods in their operational area. Projects that are responsive to local circumstances are then assembled into the Sappling regional housing programme.
Sappling focuses new housing provision around the established operational and management bases in Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire and Dorset.
